For those of you who are wondering if you have to buy WoD leveling guide even if you are a loyalty member, try doing a manual download of your guides, it should include the WoD leveling guides, mine did at least.

I am flagged as a loyalty customer, but still had to pay for WoD guides. So what goes on??
I’m curious about this, too. I also had to pay for WoD leveling, and I don’t have upgrades for achievements or professions either.
Try doing a manual download and install, mine came with WoD guide even though it says I dont have it.

As shown below, I have in the past purchased guides that added up to over $175. I do not currently have access to the WoD update. Will this be released soon, since the xpac is in service now? The Cata update was free according to this, so I am assuming WoD is free?

I’m way over 175$ now and I’m still not flagged as loyalty.
It’s very obvious…. it states it clearly:
All (Loyalty) members earn a free lifetime updates for Leveling, Dailies & Events, Loremater & Dungeons and Dugi Gold Academy
Lifetime = life time – i.e forever
Account will be flagged automatically by our system for free updates.
What is not obvious is that the system is broken.
My account didn’t get flagged.

My account just went over 175 and I don’t see any loyalty program icon or any indication that I am now in the loyalty program.
if im in “Members Loyalty Program”, do i get the WoD update or do i have to buy it?

On the Loyalty Program webpage, the text states that the program includes free, lifetime updates including the Achievement/Profession guide, however in the embedded video, you say that guide is Not part of the program due to 3rd-party content.
Which of these is correct?

I am trying to upgrade to WoD but it keeps saying it will cost me 25 dollars no free (I have spent 185 dollars life time with Dugi)
I checked my Payment History and found that I have paid you 214.50 so far for guides. This should make me eligible for the Free Updates for Life. Get back to me on this. Thanks.

Will the add on update WoD patch for lvl 90-100? I have purchased both Alliance and Horde package a while back… I am concerned, do I need to purchase another package for WoD or will it update?

I have a question… I’m a long-standing customer, having spent 200+ over the past few years, and see my account has been updated with the Loyalty Program member.
But I’m a little confused… Do I automatically get the leveling guides for Warlords of Draenor? Or do I, like everybody else, have to pay the $7.00/month to access them.
the reason I ask, is that you have the WoD guides on sale this week, and I want to make sure I don’t “pay again for something I already am entitled for”, but also “don’t want to pay more than I have to, if I do in fact have to pay the monthly sub for access to these guides.

Same question as many above, regarding upgrade to WoD for Loyalty Program members. Why has there been no answer posted on this?? The description of the Loyalty Program says it includes all future expansions.
