      Dugi,
Just wanted to say THANK YOU! As an off-again-on-again WOW player it’s good coming back to the game knowing I have your guides to help. In this day an age where loyalty usually doesn’t count for a whole lot, its good to see a company like yours actually rewarding loyal customers. THANKS!

So does this mean after 4 years it will be free instead of $47 a year?

    • hansol44

      thx hansol44

    • shahinpb

there is problem with price now!
we cant reach $175 because i bought
      – Alliance & Horde Lore & Dungeon / Daily & Event
      – Alliance & Horde Achievements & Professions Guide
      – Alliance & Horde Leveling Guide
and there is only gold guide left, if i buy this my totall is below 175, so what should i do ?

      • Dugi

The loyalty program is intended for older users that paid for updates or users that paid more because they purchase separately. You might reach it after the next expansion updates.

Hey dugi, I’ve got my purchase from 2009 that is still showing up as $0, if that could be looked into, I’d very much so appreciate it. Great program by the way 🙂

    • legends_end

I just recently purchased several of the Guide Packs available. Leaving no further purchase options. The total of all my Packs combined comes to $140.00. Ultimate WoW Guide = $80, Gold Academy = $30, Achievements/Professions Guide = $30, total $140. If you don’t purchase them in Pack form it would
easily go over the $175 thresh hold. Oh well, the guides are an invaluable asset to WoW. I highly recommend them all. GREAT JOB DUGI

    • lawrence vickstrom

i also have all the guides and 2 zeroed out add ons that should get me my life time, thank you for everything you have done that made this guide the best.

    • hansol44

      this is cool
as there is only 2 more i can buy when i get some more money spear to buy the gold Academy & Loremater & Dungeons
but as i got my guides when they was on other ($90 spent) it dose not add up to 175 dose this mean that i cant get Members Loyalty Program?

Honestly, I wouldn’t be playing WoW if Dugi Guides weren’t around. This makes the game much more fun. There’s a certain amount of angst using the “plain brown wrapper” GUI that Blizzard provides. Dugi Guides is like the difference between using a paper map and and a top-of-the-line GPS while driving. Can you play WoW without it? Yeah, but once you’ve used it who would want to go backwards.

How do I find out how much I have spent ?

    • guide

Great idea! this is the best guide out there!

    • David Putzolu

I have several $0s on my account, can this be reviewed so that I can know what my actual total spending is so far to see how close I am to free updates? Thanks!

    • theflash_tm

well i dont know about being loyal where i decided this morning to purchase a leveling and daily guid to find it saying ” this order has expired” and it still took off the $45. which us alot for me being in southafrica!!! someone help! i have logged a ticket

    • theflash_tm

so when buying a guide… and an expantion comes out. you have yo purchasr the update of that guide? at wat cost???

      • Dugi

        @theflash_tm, MoP expansion was $15-$30

    • Matthew Medlang

So If I spend a 175 and do not have the gold guide can I get the gold guide for free are do I have to spend 30 more dollars to buy it.

      • Dugi

@Matthew Medlang, The reward is only for the updates, you will still need to purchase the original guide.

    • David Kerr

Thus far I’ve spent $147.00 with you.

If I purchase the dungeon guide for horde/alliance @ $30, will I get the achievement/profession guide for free?

      • David Kerr

@David Kerr, i do mean the upgrade for MoP

    • j800r

      w00t!!

Another $20 and I’m eligible for the loyalty bonus myself! 😀

I purchased every single one of the guides and (so far) haven’t regretted a single purchase. All purchased within around two months as well.

    • j800r

Wow. That would mean around £140 for me. Let’s see if I make it one day (considering I’m currently broke and unemployed :p)

Do to the inability to access my old email I bought the program again. I used to play a lot. In Dec. 2010 I suffered many strokes and heart attacks and died several times. I had open heart surgery and lost my vision. My wife had bought me a WOW Mouse that year for Christmas. I got out of the hospital in July 2011 and bought an Alienware I-7 overclocked so I could have a fun machine. My daughter got me a 24″ monitor so I could see. I’ve waited till now to play as I had eye surgery and I have some clear vision. I thank God for that. Now I needed my Dugi and couldn’t get my old addy so I bought the full ,omty and Ah its like an old friend. I could never navigate without it. It is all you say. I’m not some cheesy honk, but this really rocks. I am 54 100% service connected disabled veteran and having 1 hand I need every advantage I can get. Thanks
