      Hey Dugi,
I have been a member since 2007, with WoD coming out I want to make sure I am covered for an update including that Xpack. My Payment History looks like this:

      Alliance & Horde Achievements & Professions Guide 10/31/2012 ——– Clickbank $30.00
      MoP Leveling Update 09/12/2012 ——– $0.00
      Alliance & Horde Cataclysm Update 11/14/2010 ——– $0.00
Alliance & Horde Leveling Guides 11/04/2007 01/01/2030 Manual payment $0.00
      MoP Daily Guides Update 11/02/2014 ——– $0.00
      MoP Achievement / Profession Update 11/02/2014 ——– $0.00

Could you please let me know if I am okay in the way of Lifetime Updates or do I need to purchase new updates. Thanks for the Great Guide and Cheers!!!

Since I am now a Loyalty Program member, will I need to do anything further to automatically receive the WOD expansion and updates? Thanks

    • Rob RodenParker

Was not even aware of this..duh. Spent $214 total over the years, so I guess I’m pretty loyal! Looking forward to the next update for Warlords.

I had about $190+ in purchases and purchased the Horde leveling/dailies guide, but not able to get it for free. Do I have to do something to become a loyalty member?

      Love your guides!

    • Michael Palmieri

If I’m in the loyalty program I don’t need to enroll in the 5.99 monthly subscription?

      • Dugi

        yes that’s correct.

    • Michael Palmieri

Hey Dugi if I’m a member in the loyalty program do I need to sign up for the 5.99 monthly subscription? What does that include that I’m not currently getting?

    • thekiddnme

The updates on my guides seem to be off by about 25yds. Is this a problem that can be resolved easily?

      • Dugi

it shouldn’t be a problem at all, can you give me an example.

if this covors the gold academy, why dont i have acces to it when i have the loyalty program on my acc, and why is the NPC journal module not a part of the achivment & profession guide?

      • Dugi

The loyalty program only covers updates. You still need to own the original guide.

    • Bradley Reeves

How can I access the Gold Guide since I’m a loyalty member?

      Thanks

just a question, if on my payment history shows I’ve paid a total of 172.00 but the other guides show 0.00 am I going to have to pay another 47.00 next year?

    • Jeffrey Weeks

Hello is my loyalty program active or do I still need to meet a purchase threshold. My purchase history shows that I purchased over $200 back in 2012.

      • Dugi

hi please open a ticket and we’ll look into your account

    • Phyllis Wilkey

So far, I have paid you $189.50 for various guides. This is from my “Payment History” page on your website. Do I qualify as a “Loyal Member” now? I don’t see that flag on my account. Maybe it only shows on your side. Just wondering. I really have gotten great use out of your various guides and plan to continue using them into and past the upcoming Warlords of Draenor expansion. Bye.

Yours is a great and useful guide. However, I keep getting a message from one of my watcher addons(sorry didnt get the name of it)saying there is a problem with dugi viewer, with a lot of probably useful info that I dont know how to copy and send to you. Can you enlighten me on how to get the line info to you so you can look at it?

Thanks for all your help. By the way when do I have to send you a yearly payment, since I cant understand English when it is written anymore

      Randy

you can try taking a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen (Pr Sc) button on your keyboard, you will find the screenshot in your World of Warcraft\Screenshot folder, you can check the expiry date in My Account page

    • Darin Bierbaum

Awesome, i should qualify with my latest purchase of the extra tracking guide. It hasn’t however shown up on my payment history though and currently I don’t have access, but I have submitted a ticket through the sales inquiry. Thanks for creating such a wonderful guide.

Thank you, Dugi, for having a great product that continues to be very useful. We all appreciate the work you put into this product thru the years. Just got my Loyalty Program Membership today. I had it before, but didn’t realize it because one of my purchases said Manual Purchase 0.00! I wrote in and within 15 minutes it had been changed to reflect my purchase correctly. Good thing I save all my receipts! LOL Thank you, again!! 🙂

By my calculations I have spent over $187 which covers the max lifetime loyalty program fees but I was never given the MOP achievements upgrade. Why?

      • Dugi

its covered in the Loyalty Program, it should be there when you reinstall.
