      I’ve been a member since Dec 2008 but the only thing that’s showing up with a price is the Cata update that I bought, it’s saying my leveling guide is $0

      I’ve been a WOW-player for many years, and not one of the youngest batch I may add. So I can fully relate to the writer of the letter in the Dugi video above.
      I’ve had my share of frustration when leveling, or trying to, and was very glad with the Dugi Guides helping me along. None of them have let me down and I’ve enjoyed them very much. They make the game MORE fun for me. I don’t always use them though, I try to do as much on my own, but there are many occasions on which I’m just glad I can use them and focus on the fun of the game…

      This is REAL customer interest and service if you ask me (they don’t have to do this you know), and a very nice idea on top of that. Even if one doesn’t reach the amount set after buying the latest guide, one knows that it’ll count up and that at some point you’ll automatically reach it and have the offered benefit. Personally I think this a rarely seen act in the business 🙂

      i have a total balance of 90$. the only guide i can buy are gold academy (40$) and alliance& horde attachments and profession guide (35)$.
      this leave me with a problem – as you can see…
      what can be done about that?

      Could you fix the Alliance & Horde Dailies & Events Guide and Alliance & Horde Leveling Guide lines.

      Don’t know for sure about the Alliance & Horde Cataclysm Update because i had a mail crash and lost some e-mails.

      I Was thinking of buying all the mists updates when they come out, but now I get lots of freebies since Im a valued customer and it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside!
      (Im at 177 if I counted right , still have some 0$ but it doesnt matter)

      You must be getting tired of this by now, but I don’t think there are any other guides I could purchase, but my total only adds up to $150.00. I purchased some guides on pretty good deals. Could you check my account and either A) let me know what other guides I could purchase, or B) let me know if there is another way I can upgrade to take advantage of this offer. Thanks.

        Since the Gold Academy was gifted (wowauctionmastery transfer) I think the only other option is to purchase a coupon code, or just purchase the update.

      @Dugi That is an amazing offer, not many vendors would do such a thing this is what I call caring for your customer. I’ve tried many guides but always end up using yours over everything else and it’s the main reason I keep coming back to WoW So I appreciate what you have done for us.

      I’ve actually purchased my first guide a day before my birthday back in 2008. The only one in my account that I have not purchased would be the Gold academy. I do have a lot of $0’s in my account as well. Would be cool if you update my account as well when you have the time So I can see what my true number is thanks.
