Yeah, me too. I went here to buy the leveling guide, but now that I see it’s subscription based instead of ‘purchase once use forever’, I am no longer interested. They weren’t THAT helpful.
Actually, I’ve found their guides very helpful. They make questing very much more straightforward.

I looked at your account and you can either purchase the WoD Update or subscription options.
Members of the loyalty program should check ingame or the Dugi addon folder.
In my case the updater and website did not show any WoD updates and I would have been able to purchase the update.
But in the Dugi folder and ingame the 90-100 WoD leveling guides are present.
I was messaged back in a ticket I opened and the rep said since I bought the guide in 2007 I will be receiving WoD updates. It’s not showing up on my account page, my updater, or in game. I want to make sure the information I was given was accurate any help here Dugi?

I have updated (7.054) and mine isn’t showing WoD either. My membership details do confirm that I am a Loyalty Program Member.
make sure you enter your username and password with the installer and reinstall.
if that doesn’t work then make sure the install path is correct.
Same happened to me, curse client managed to install the trail version of the guide, it is not on ignore and once i updated via the dugi updater (while being logged in) everything worked like a charm 😉
So, how exactly do I determine if I am on the Loyalty Program and therefor know if I will have to purchase WoD guides and/or pay the annual fee?

Go to your membership information main page under account. It will be listed under “Your Subscriptions” if you are a Loyalty Member.

Like so many others here, I would just like to clarify the Loyalty Program.
It’s in my account that I’m a Loyalty Program Member, but I have the option to buy the WoD update in “Order Products”?
I’m assuming I don’t need to buy the update as it looks like the updates are in the addon directory.
(It would be beneficial if the updater didn’t advertise the update for accounts that don’t need to!)

The information is really convoluted on what a person needs to purchase. What do you mean “Loyalty Customers just need to update their guides to receive it” –
1)do I already have the guide and will only need to update the guides to receive WoD update?
2)do I need to purchase the 25.00 WoD 90-100 update?
3)do I need to purchase the 12 month to update all guides?
I’m suspecting its door number 1. But, some clarity would be helpful…not buying anything until I can see a response here.

Seems to be misleading information. I have bought all guides including NPC Journal Module. If I understand it correctly, as a loyal member, I don’t need to buy the WoD leveling upgrade as you stated

Ok, I see that Dugi says that as of update 7.051 Loyalty members get the update for free. HOWEVER I see on my launcher that it says the update is $25, and it is not currently in my list of addons. ALSO I see that I could purchase it in the MY ACCOUNT area as well. Do I need to contact support or is this a common thing for everyone until launch?
yea I seen the same thing and I am a little concerned about this. From what I thought we got any new updates for free if we paid so much. now I know we don’t get npc journal unless we have to pay for it. would like to know whats up with the 25 dollar addon for WoD.
I have the new guides as of latest update in my Dugi addon folder. I see the option to upgrade oddly as well but the guides are indeed there.
Just update your guides and check in the game if you have the loyalty program, it is included for free.
