you are correct brother anton supposed to be an optional breadcrumb quest, safe to skip.

You should have been able to pick up that quest just fine, no pre-quest required

Wowhead states Guard Byron is the quest giver not Captain Garran

you can still play with macros, the fix is to remove all of them and test without macro then add them again. For whatever reason it worked for some people.

go to Dugi Settings > Tooltips and decrease the duration

no conspiracy, there’s no pre-quest required for those quest, you were always able to pick them up pass level 30

I just tested it on another character. Dugi’s alone eats around 20 fps, from 120 to 100. If I enable some other addons like DBM, atlasloot, realmobhealth, classic castbars and leatrix, it stays around 95 fps and then drops down to 50-70 when the tooltip updates. 

We can’t replicate this issue at all, 
can you test on a brand new character, are you using a mac or windows?
