sorry for the late reply, we’re busy working on it. 

Our addon is fully functional for Shadowlands, so far we’ve collected all the data we need to complete the leveling guide and we got a lot of manual editing to complete, It will be done on launch day.

Make sure you enter your username and password in the installer correctly. 

and make sure the install path is correct 

1. Download latest installer version 

Windows: https://download.dugiguides.com/DugiGuides_1.5.0.exe

Mac: https://download.dugiguides.com/DugiGuides_1.3.1.zip

2. Load the Dugi installer

3. Click on the settings and enter your DugiGuides Username and Password (it should say Welcome! Username) if successful otherwise enter your info correctly 

4. Check install path is correct, try clicking the Auto Detect Path button to fix it

Win Retail. <your path>World of Wacraft_retail_

Win Classic. <your path>World of Wacraft_classic_

Mac Retail. /Applications/World of Wacraft/_retail_/

Mac Classic. /Applications/World of Wacraft/_classic_/

5. Check launcher path is correct

6. Click Reinstall (after a new purchase)

been testing this and it seems to be working correctly, its possible that arrow is not changing if character enter into combat immediately after rezing

Hi it’s likely that you’re still using an older version of the addon, can you double check that in the in-game addons menu which version you’re using.  

1. try deleting the addon completely by deleting the folder WoWInterfaceAddOnsDugisGuidesViewerZ
2. confirm in the game that the addon is gone
3. then reinstall.

this is tricky to fix and we may not be able to fix it at all, in these situation you can hold the “Shift” button to temporarily disable the auto quest accept / turnin

make sure you don’t forcefully close wow, (alt+f4)  or closing the window. You need to logout or click exit game for the game to save profiles. 

only other thing that will delete saved profiles is using /dugi fix or clicking the repair button in the installer

Hi, it’s very likely a conflict with another addon that you’re using can you test with only Dugi enabled.
