We recently upgraded the server and updated security which prevented old installer to work (1.4.8 or below) 

please download use the latest installer now to fix this issue

make sure you delete the old one

Our new server is more secure with TLS 1.2 and by default Win7 only support TLS 1.0 

You can update it manually from the Download package here

after installing the package, you need to apply the “Easy Fix” available here

When I try to download the new 1.4.9 guide for WIndows I keep ending up with a zero byte file.  Any idea what might be wrong?

It won’t be long before they get it fixed, just be patient My friends ,,,, Dugi won’t let us down!!!!     they are aware of the 0 byte file which is causing all of the perceived problems.

Same here.. Dugi Installer 1.4.9..exe is 0kB

It says: can’t be executed on your PC..

DugiGuides Installer 1.4.8. starts new download “new version of addon available” and skips (download failed) after 15% download to “trial user (offline)”.. 

Last but not least: I don’t see any data in the box “Account” and the box “Latest news” is blank too.

please try the same download link again

if its still downloading 0kb files, delete your browser Cached Image and Files data

and try downloading again
