You still need to install the paid guides,
1. make sure you have an active purchase 
2. make sure are logged in with your account the installer should say “Welcome, maehtrix” 
3. reinstall

The error says that you still haven’t updated the addon, please check you have the latest version installed.

The installer may not be updating properly, check install paths are correct

is this for classic or retail?

it should be working fine, can you provide info on how to replicate the issue. 

can you test with only dugi enabled.  does it happen on all areas ?

we’ll need to fix up the all hero’s call quests and probably remove them. but you generally don’t need it because it is just a breadcrumb quest. Just load the next guide Darkshore and you should be able to continue. 

If you want to start a different expansion you can speak to chromie then select the correct guide starting guide for that expansion.
