WOW Classic Undead Warlock Summon Succubus

Ive been questing now and currently setting at level 24. The Summon Succubus should have started at level 20. Ive tried this both on the Alliance and Horde side now, on the alliance side I had part of the quest basically stating i needed to use an item to summon the Succubus but in questing i never received the item to use. On the Horde side it didnt even start the quest chain because the guide just had me going straight to The barrens right after hitting level 12. Anyone els have this issue, did i do something wrong?

hi i did response to your ticket, I can confirm the succubus quest line is at the beginning of level 20 guides for alliance 20_21_Darkshore and horde 20_22_Stonetalon_Mountains
