the tranquil forest

I am on legion and guide says to pick up quest “the tranquil forest” from the command the scouting map but it does not show this quest and I need it or will not get %100 of the quests. Suggestions? Call to arms is abandoned.

Need to know the following

1. What class are you?

2. Did you complete the Broken Isles guide to get to Dalaran (Broken Isles) not Northrend.

3. What level are you? may need to grind a bit more, perhaps.

sorry should have posted this yesterday. I have been away from WOW for6 or so months and it said scout map but I wasn’t actually looking at the map tab. Clicked it and there it was LOL. Thanks for the reply.
