      I logged on the site to create a ticket and I saw that one other ticket was responded to 5 days ago. I had no idea. Could there be a way to have the addon let us know there is an update to a ticket we submitted and maybe even from the forum. I am not suggesting that we can or need to create tickets or discussions from the addon, just that there was a response so we don’t have to go to the web site to look and see that there is no update at that time. Again this is just a suggestion. Thanks for all you do.


        will require some sort of communication between our website and the addon itself, might be possible by displaying tickets in the installer as a start.  I’ll discuss with our lead programmer.
