Story Only Mode has non campaign quests

I have only tried story only mode for Ardenweld so far but its telling me to pick up non campaign quests. Story Only should literally be campaign only quests. If it underlevels people then they should load up a side quest guide to progress.

Quests that have a background relating to the zone and a special icon that is a ! surrounded by a pentagon is a campaign quest. Lots of non campaign quests are in the Ardenweld one and Revendreth. Haven’t tried the others. But it really slows down character progression. I am level 60 following the guides and I did 100% the maw, 100% bastion, 83% maldraxxus, 62% ardenweld, and 30% revendreth. Granted the campaign only ones came out after I maxed. But still if I followed the campaign dugi guides it wouldve still picked up tons of “side quests”. I cant get my covenant till I complete the campaigns. Thanks blizzard…
