Step 343 of War Campaign — Can´t travel to Ar´Gorok

Step 343 of the War Campaign tells me to talk to Druza to travel to Ar´Gorok. I went to Druza, but she tells me travel to Arthi is too dangerous and that portal will be open when they gain control. I´m not sure what this means, or how to progress any furter with the guide.

this requires the horde to control arathi, I will set this as optional you can skip this and Touring the Front quest

OK great. Perhaps you could also put a note in the quest explaining this, so that we know to come back to it. As a new player of BFA, it is a bit confusing.
