Quest Tracking

This recently started happening to I will accept the quest instead of it showing up in quest log as tracking it tracks nothing! I tried fixing it even reinstalling software and is still doing this to me. I don’t know what else to do please help!

there should be an interface option in game menu > interface > display > automatic quest tracking

I do that and it doesn’t track it. It will then I complete a step with waypoint arrow and it takes it all away again.

In the game menu via interface, it isn’t there.

In dugi settings > display > untick  automatic quest matching 

and also untick show objectives  –  this option will untrack quests that is already displayed in the current step to prevent double tracking
