My installer shows me as Trial User but I’m on subscription PLUS not Classic Guides showing

Here’s what my installer looks like:

Notice is has me as Trial User, but I’m paying the $6.99/mo subscription. Do I need to do something different?

Here’s what the settings look like.

The Leveling add-on is NOT working for me. The Dugi icon is showing in the game, but ultimately, the leveling element is not working. Can’t choose a guide to work from. For my first character I’ve got with a Gnome.

Hi the information you entered is incorrect. 

make sure you enter the correct password and it will work, it is case sensitive and no empty space.
