Minimap Hover Bug if Dugi active

Hey Dugi,

after Patch 8.2 hit the Server one Problem appear ingame.

I use the SpartanUI Addon/Skin, which set the minimap to the center on the bottom. Now if i mouseover, no tooltips on the icons are showing. The creator of the SpartanUI can´t find a bug. 

I started testing deactive my addons and after deactivating Dugi all hovering was fine. It looks like there is a square area over the map, because the Icons on the border are not clickable.

If i can do anything to help you find the bug, please tell me.
