Low lvl Quests (classic)

In retail there is and option to make low lvl quests show up on the maps, I am not certain if this is a Dugi or WOW option. I am not able to find this setting in Classic.

I see alot of players once hitting 60 , head back to starter areas and begin completing all current ingame quests. 

I would love to see this added to Classic if possible.
