Classic Herbalism bug

so i was herbing with my druid and i know that it needs to update when the profession gets to a X skill
but with herbing its not working for classic at least
i need to tick the boxes manualy when i hit the required level

so i hit herb 70 and then i need to tick it to get to the next one its not happening auto
