If you still unable to recover your account, please open a ticket to Account Enquiry and provide as MUCH information as you can such as..

  1. Your Clickbank purchase receipt #
  2. Full name used to purchase
  3. Email address used to purchase

Change my account password and email

You can change your Password and Email in the members area and click Change Password/Edit Profile

My account information doesn’t work

Your account information is case sensitive, make sure you turn of your CAPS-LOCK button and type it EXACTLY as the one provided in your email.

Also make sure there are no additional ‘blank space’ at the beginning or at the end of your login details.
