Try doing a fresh installation, if your addon doesn’t say v4.42 or above then you didn’t update the guide at all.

        1. Delete DugisGuideViewerZ
        2. Download all the addons DugisGuideViewerZ, TomTom
        3. Download the paid guides that you own.
        4. Open the installer
        5. Drag and drop DugisGuideViewerZ and TomTom zip file into the white box of the installer and the guides that you own
        6. Click Install.
        7. Load the game and check in your addons menu inside the character select screen and make sure they are ticked.

Make sure that the 20-80 leveling files are inside
        World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\DugisGuideViewerZ\DugisGuide_Leveling_Alliance_En\
        World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\DugisGuideViewerZ\DugisGuide_Leveling_Horde_En\

Got it. Thanks. Your previous leveling guides have worked by putting the leveling guide in the Addons folder. Now the leveling guide has to be in the DuigisGuideViewerZ folder.

    • matt

I have installed the leveling guide you have provided a link to- via the blue download button under “leveling”-multiple times. I see no way to distinguish between the paid and unpaid versions on your site. I have successfully installed multiple versions of your leveling guide in the past. Thanks for the quick response.

I have DuigisGuide Viewer v4.4, Alliance and Horde leveling 1.01, and Tom Tom loaded and working. I am only getting the free 1-20 guides. I went through the members area to download. I have used the leveling guides for over a year. This is my first problem. Thanks.

I’ve updated Wow to 4.03, I’ve got your guides updated and purchased the newer versions and have them installed in the correct folder. I have all the leveling guides show up for my horde chars but for my alliance chars the leveling guides only go to 10-20. What can I do to get all the leveling guides to show up for my alliance chars?

      • Dugi

You just need to make sure that both paid leveling guides are installed aswell
        https://www.ultimatewowguide.com/download/#leveling

make sure you download both Alliance & Horde.

        • Alfonso Gonzalez

I do have both Alliance and Horde. How else would have the guides up to 10-20 for Alliance? Regardless, I’ve already done that. What else can I do?

          • Alfonso Gonzalez

Nevermind, after logging out and back in a bunch of times all the alliance quests are showing up! I also just downloaded a Wow update. Maybe that did the trick. Who knows, at least I’m back on track.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and trying to help.
