Launcher crashes after pressing play – Dugi Guides – World of Warcraft Level Guides 2010 – 2025

I had to redo my computer so I had to reinstall dugi guides, I can run the launcher but when I press play it comes up with the message “Dugi installer has stopped working” and then I has to close the program.
I had no problems with the program before I had to redo my computer.
I have the most recent version.

I’m not getting the crash message but it doesn’t seem to load the bnet launcher, we’re looking into it
