Ty for reply but first let me explain about myself being a dyslectic find it hard to put my option in writing so if I come off a bit blunt plz understand to is no offence intended.
So as other members have mention why should I pay $15 for Dallies when purchased as one guide.
Achievements Guide and Dallies UPDATE $15 each is this with discount, if it IS the HOLE Guide is $35 UPTO 40%=$21
I find your pricing not at all simple (as do other members) I think at lease 80% for your customer expected 40% discount not UP TO
Check prices of guides,cant find any at 40% most about 34%appro based on currant prices on 16/09/12 not on original price as you suggest ( Alliance & Horde is actually $80 if purchased seperately but the package discount brings it down to $60 then the pre-order sale brought it down again to $40, so technically it is 50% but I want to keep it simple.
As you probably gathered very sensitive about offer’s (they are not all what they are made out to be) especially when they say Up TO

Daily & Event Guide Was $25 Now $15 , 25 x 0.6 = 15 this is clearly 40% off.
I understand your confusion, but I have no intention of misleading anyone, Up to x% off is a very common term used by many stores when they want to advertised a variety of discount available in their store. So far we have only one complaint from our terminology.

In that case could you please take a look at why I can’t select the Alliance MoP update in my drop down menu? Can you also confirm that if i buy the Achievement/Profession MoP update I’ll qualify for the Loyalty program, and get the rest of my guides updated too?

I am sad to say that I am $1 short. And even more sad is I just bought the whole set for my daughter so she will also be $1 short. Rules are rules but it is a shame to have to spend close to plus another $40 each. Not good. sigh ah well

I am having the same issue as Tara Manky. I originally purchased Horde Leveling / Lore & Dungeon / Daily & Event as one guide and now I need to purchase a separate daily leveling update for an additional $15? I can understand separating the leveling portion from the achievements/professions, but the dailies should be included.
I am a huge fan of your guides and hope something can be done about this. Thanks.
@Matthew Wolfe Wolfe, you should only need the Mop Update and MoP Achievement & Profession update.
I am disappointed to see I need to buy a separate Dailies guide from the Leveling Guide when it was originally only one purchase. I find it justifiable to purchase the Achievements Guide separate as it was orginally separate. Was really hoping that the updates would be packaged in the same groupings as the originals.

If I have the Loyalty Program do I need to purchase the guides?
The MoP Achievement & Profession update is not included with the Loyalty Program, you will need to purchase that to get the update.

The drop down is confusing me …but then that’s my problem. What is the total cost of the MoP package…and what does it contain. The drop down has several individual charges. What would be the combined cost for everything I will need for MoP. I have a friend who may give me his version as he is nolonger playing WoW.
You will just need the Alliance & Horde, Mop Update and MoP Achievement & Profession Update
If I own Professions and Dailies to I just need the MoP update, or do I need to get all three? Thanks.

Ordered the updates for the leveling guide, the Achievements & Professions guide, and the Dailies guide. It would have been nice to have a package for all of them, or at least have had the option to go back and add guides to the cart, since it was kind of a hassle to check out separately after each one. But now I qualify as Loyalty, so I’m ready for whatever the next expansion is LOL. Looking forward to using the new Dugi guides next week!
Roughly when will the updates be available? Don’t want to be messing with the addon right before its leveling time 😛

examples
gold guide $40 with discount of 40% =$24 not $25
Alliance/Horde $60 – 40%= $36 not $40
Achievements/Professions includes Mist of Pandaria a/h $35-40%=$21
Dallies/Events includes Mist of Pandaria a/h $35-40%=$21
I’ve already got Achievements/Professions and Dallies/Events. But to upgrade to MOP is $15 each so new purchasers get complete guide for $21 where as I paid $30+$15=$45 for Achievements/Professions & Dallies/Events $27+15=$42

I just purchased the only MoP update available that was showing for my account (MoP Acheivement & Proffession guide $15), and it was already showing in my account details that i had the MoP Alliance & Horde update (probably through my lifetime upgrade for the levelling guide.
But i can’t see the upgrade purchase option for the daillies and dungeon guides ??
