All of you that are complaining that you are within a few dollars of being at the Loyalty level should take into account that those who have surpassed the level have purchased more guides than you have. It is really that simple. The guides have changed and merged over time but essentially those now on the Loyalty program purchased the guides before they were merged and thus have spent more money than you. I can see where it could be frustrating to be within a few dollars of the level but it would not be fair to those above the level for Dugi to adjust the level for those of us who are “close.” We just have to wait for another guide to purchase so we, too, will be on the Loyalty program looking back at those members who are “close.”
Way to go Dugi. The Loyalty program is awesome. It shows that among all the guides out there, you are truly thinking of your members and ways to help us out. You are unique among many.

      I love the Loyalty program you are offering!Your guides are the best! But im sad cause im only at $162.00 spent on your guides. knowing my luck you wont offer the programm anymore once i get even closer to the 175.00 mark. :{

Great idea!! Totally agree that loyal users are rewarded in some way for their prior business. Shows you care and are aware of your customer’s loyality. I am new to Dugi Guides this year but will be a future user as well. A great product with a great and responsive support staff, such as Dugi Guides, is foremost in attracting new clients and maintaining your existing client base; yet to keep your customers base and expand it, the $175 lifetime update serves to entice the melding of existing relationships into ones for a lifetime. Keep up your great work!! I just have to spend more for me to take advantage of your offer.

I have not reached the $$ level yet. But I think that’s an awesome benefit. I used the leveling guide back in Lich king and have not really used it except ocassionally when I’m leveling alts. I am going to purchase the dailies guide however because I focus mainly on end game content. Your guide rocks and so does your customer service. Keep up the good work.

      Hi Dugi,
I’ve qualified for your Loyalty Program with my previous purchases and MoP is here…but the MoP update for the levelling and daily guides aren’t.
Just wondering how I’m going to get the Loyalty Updates.

Could you let me know if there’s something I need to do please?
      Cheers.
      Nick.

      • Dugi

@Nick Settle, I have fixed your account, it should have included the loyalty program. Just reinstall your guide and it should be there.

        • Nick Settle

@Dugi, Thanks for that Dugi. 🙂
As ever, you provide a quick and efficient service.

    • jimmy nagles

i spent more than 175 dollars in guides and it still says that i have to buy mop.. help please

      • Dugi

@jimmy nagles, can you contact via ticket support so I can take a look at your account.

    • Kathy Goodman

      Dugi,

I love your guides and have purchased everything since I became a member. I can’t tell you how much it means to have you appreciate your loual customers in this way. I can’t even play the game without your addon anymore lol. The learning curve when I played the beta was harder than using your guide for the first time. Thanks for your appreciation of that.

    • Mikkel Olsen

      Hey Dugi,

I have submitted a ticket to you it was three days ago. Does that mean that I should just buy the MoP update?

      – Mikkel

    • Stanley Martin Lieber

      Hi dear Dugi:

I’ve been using your guides since 5/11/2007 however looking at the total spent I’m only at $162. I currently own all your available guides however I think the site is not showing me the original purchase of the base guild in which case that would put me in your new threshold.

      Regards Stan Lee “Excelsior!”.

      • Dugi

Hi Stan, can you contact me via ticket support so I can double check your account.

    • Barack Obama

“•Achievement & Profession MoP Update is currently not included for loyalty program.”

      Why not???

      Please reconsider this option.

      YES YOU CAN!!!

    • Ronald McDonald

I LOVE YOU DUGI… YOU MAKE ME HAPPY!!!

    • Mikkel Olsen

Hey I have been trying to contact you, to ask you if I have total purchase of over $175.

Will you please check that for me? Also in my payment history some of the guides shows alot of $0.

      – Mikkel

    • a mjeed omar

Thanks for your great guides 🙂

      My order history are:
Alliance & Horde Achievements & Professions Guide Cost 35$
      Alliance & Horde Leveling / Lore & Dungeon / Dailies & Event 110$

total of 145$ , if I buy a 30$ gift card will that make me up for the Loyalty Program ?

I’m thinking of getting a gift card for 30$ to make it to the 175$ so I can update my:
      Alliance & Horde Leveling / Lore & Dungeon / Dailies & Event

then use the gift card to get the update for :
Alliance & Horde Achievements & Professions Guide

      is that possible ?

      again, thanks 😉

    • TROY CAW

i am really confused here. i have been a member since 2008, and I’m not sure if i quailify for this program, a lot of the receipts i had are done. plz help.

      • TROY CAW

@TROY CAW, edit** the receipts are gone.

      • Dugi

@TROY CAW, I will need to look at your account, please contact me via ticket support.

    • James Selvidge

Interestingly enough, my total currently sits at $172, just 3 bucks short of the members loyalty program start – arghhhh! 🙂
