Have you made sure to delete any remaining dugi files in your installation before reinstalling? Also have you tried the /dugi reset or the /dugi fix commands?

My fps is fine with the addon enabled. Have you tried disabling your other addons to see if there could be conflicts occurring? Also have your tried doing a fresh install of dugi guides?

I fixed the issue. It is a conflict with the GatherMate2 addon.

All of the achievement icons shown in the image say the same text as well.
