Try doing a repair with Dugi installer (go to settings > click on repair  and reinstall) 
can you post a screenshot and provide exact steps on how to replicate the issue.

It might be a conflict with another addon,

1. make sure you are updated to the latest update 
2. can you test with only Dugi enabled then try combinations with other addon.

Alt-1 need to be binded to your action bar in the keybinding section.  

but the item button can’t be placed into an action bar, it needs a dedicated keybind for itself.
