Sorry I have neglect updating the installer log forgot that it existed, that should be done now. 

You can also check update changes in https://www.dugiguides.com/forum/categories/updates 

and also from the addon itself in the game in the “Whats new” section in the home tab.

Just fixed another user computer with FPS problems, turns out that addon is not updated properly. 

if you have FPS issue please check in the addons menu that the addon is at least 8.734, the installer might be installing to the wrong path. 

1. Load the installer 
2. Click on settings > click on auto detect path 
3. Click on ok > click on reinstall

try again, otherwise you will need to fix the install path manually
it should be <your path>World of Warcraft_retail_

if you’re still having FPS issue please post screenshot of your addons menu of that you have the latest version installed.

note this feature is currently removed temporarily because of the performance issue. will bring it back for next tuesday update.

Classic guide will be a one time additional purchase for everyone. We have poured a lot of resources on this, we pretty much had to rebuilt the addon for it and rebuilt all the guides to meet our current standards since our old guides back from 2010 was poor quality (no taxi system, model viewer, npc ids, item links etc)

We’re currently unable to replicate the issue so we’re not able to fix something that is we see is not broken. 

We need your help to replicate the issue otherwise we can’t fix anything. Just telling us it doesn’t work over and over again doesn’t help.

can you post screenshot, sometime item value can return 0 because of bad cache. Try deleting your WoW/Cache folder (make sure wow is closed when you do this)

5. Also are you using Live version of WoW ? Dugi won’t work with private servers.

There has to be something else.

1. are you sure that you are using the latest version? can you post a screenshot of the latest version. 
2. are you sure that you tried only using Dugi addon? 
3. does it happen with a brand new character? 
4. Try renaming your WoWWTF  folder to WTF1 (make sure wow is closed)  this will reset everything and if it doesn’t work you can rename WTF1 back to WTF to restore your settings.
