I’m certain you’re still not properly updated, can you post a screenshot of Dugi Version from the game addon menu (don’t check from the installer)

the PlaySoundFile error is because you still haven’t updated yet check in the addon menu to confirm the version number installed. 

use the dugi installer and make sure go to settings and check that the install path is correct it should look something like <your path>World of Warcraft_retail_

looks like moving the model frame create this error, 

we’ll fix this up asap, in the mean time leave it in its default position (enable display > lock model viewer option)  to avoid the rror.

We’re not aware of any major issue like this, can you test with only Dugi enabled and make sure you have updated Dugi to latest version. Check in the addon menu and not the installer.

Appreciate the apology thank you. It’s not just with more features, it’s also with new patches Blizzard often break things without providing any documentations of the changes for developers and takes a lot of time for us to discover and fix.

I think it’s because the head gear has 10% xp for leveling and the xp rating is highest priority over anything assuming that you’re still leveling. 

It should have taken account if the xp portion is no longer active for your level but that part might be broken I’ll need to do some testing

just skip the quest, the daily should have been marked as optional I’ll fix that up.

issue should be fixed already, it’s likely you’re not updated properly, please check in the game.

Do you have Display > Auto quest matching enabled? try disabling that.
