very sorry for the trouble, please update to 1.115 now to fix this issue

it can happen with a few quest givers with multiple quests but not often. Can you test with only dugi enabled.

I’ve the quest “Further Instructions” but it isn’t marked on the map as question mark. The quest need to be turned in at NPC “Ziz Fizziks”.

the quest is not marked as complete by blizzard even thou it is, that’s why its not showing. It’s a tricky problem to solve I’ll look into it.

Can you try typing /dugi fix 
or try going to the installer settings > click repair > reinstall  (make sure wow is closed when you do this)

are you using a guide? what happens when you press the Green dot button for waypoints?
