how often does it happen? can you describe steps to replicate the issue, a screenshot or video will help a lot.

tested your account just now and it seems to work fine,
try reinstalling.
try loading with only dugi enabled

Dugi OFF – https://streamable.com/dbkzm9the zone transistion lag i think is because of the Zone Map POIs, because there are a lot of POIs showing, this is known to reduce FPS the more POIs you have, there isn’t much we can do about this.
Try disabling Track Quest POIs and test again

so this is an odd one, while the quest item loot is in visible if you watch the FPS counter, it is very hard to notice it otherwise.
we do notice that the retail addon is noticeably smoother when completing quest, so I think we should be able to improve it

not sure, have you already complete the follow up quests? try going to current guide tab and click the reset then reload button, and make sure you didnt miss any quest steps
