The BFA update is only for BFA content, Legion is only for Legion content. WoD is included for free now. Legion will be included for free when Shadowlands is released

1. Load the Dugi installer

2. Click on the settings and enter your DugiGuides Username (not email) and Password

If it doesn’t say “Welcome, username” then you have entered the incorrect credentials, make sure username and password is correct. 

4. Click Reinstall (after a new purchase)

you still don’t have the paid guide installed. 

when you load the installer make sure it says “Welcome, aracnakat”  and not trial user. 

go the installer settings and enter the correct username (not email) and password

tested with ElvUI and it seems to work fine, was it a particular addon skin?

hi make sure the paid guides are installer by making sure that you are logged in with the installer with your dugi username and password then reinstall

it’s likely it is still not updated to the latest version.

Check the version number in the addon menu, if it’s still older version then your install path is likely incorrect in the installer.

I have done 3 new character from Exile’s Reach and it will lead you to BfA however the actual war campaign doesn’t open up till level 35 or 45. You can start questing in the zones……but it seems the war campaign is locked for some odd reason.

Maybe it bugged out when they launched or changed something from beta.

what up to what point were you no longer able to continue with the war campaign?

Update: Dugiguide will not work if you have TSM addon also selected.  Those are the only two addons I had on, disabled TSM and then Dugi guide works completely fine now. 

I tested with TSM seems to work fine

my guide isn’t working….I have baught the full retail suite. I am logged in……….. automatic download is working but nothing is showing up in the guide list…..the only thing that is working are the boxes the guides are supposed to be in except they aren’t there. Ive tried downloading manually but the links aren’t aren’t working. Ive tried the manual download through internet explorer and Edge. Not sure what to do here

make sure you update please, check in the game that you have the latest version.
