Is it happening currently? we did had a medium level of DDOS attacks on the website which ended a few days ago.  This might have an effect with some people accessing the website.

Hi make sure you’re using correct version of the Addon with correct version of WoW 

I think you might be trying to use TBC addon with Classic Era

Dugi Addon 2.x is for TBC 
Dugi Addon 1.x is for Classic Era
