Hi make sure you install the paid guide, enter your username and password with the installer and click reinstall
and it should have the guide for zones.
if you’re still in azeroth 1-60 area it can be difficult to track back as some quest chain could start 5 sometimes even 10 levels earlier, if you don’t have it may be best to just skip it because it’s not worth going that far back. Would recommend going back to guides 2-3 levels your below your current level
it should be in the Battle for Azeroth section for alliance.
for horde it is part of the war campaign
Make sure you are logged in with the installer and click reinstall to install the paid guides after a purchase
sorry I missed this, which guide are you using retail or classic? you shouldn’t have problems like this in the beginning
