It doesnt work whether the item is something in your bag or not. It doesnt work for anything at all..

Current version 9.0184 not just vendors.. any time you pick up a new piece of gear
also whenever you mouseover your own gear… getting very annoying.. had to unload dugi

its also doing this.. moving Blizzard quest to the bottom left instead of replacing it. does this in all versions of warcraft.. except in retail it puts it top right hand side.

everytime i login to wow i have to run a repair on dugi. and reinstall, it then works for a short time but eventually it starts erroring out again
