zone map bug

Hi just a little bug that i seem to have,it seems that only on 1 character the zone map doesnt seem to display the terrain view even when terrain view is selected as on,i hope this can be fixed as this is one of the most reliable and daily used features,sorry for any inconvenience caused.

it depends on the location, not all locations is able to display the terrain at the moment due to changes, we still need to find a way to mine the data for it.
