This seems to have introduced a recurring frame stutter.

disable Talent Advisor for now set it to “None” in settings

TBC v2.091 clean install  – dugi arrow still locked in place

I can confirm. Arrow still locked on all chars on two different accounts.

HOWEVER. Some information.

The two chars that are showing hearthstone as next step instead of direction arrow, can be moved

Also, if I try the “merge with zone map” work around, the zone map fades out and cannot be moved.
