I jump from guide to guide, not follow and doesen’t complete all at 100%. I jump to guide in object (I’m44) and can’t take step: 13-14-15-16-20-21-22-23-24. I also use questie and it’s doesen’t show quest available for me in tha zone.

This is correct, you don’t have the pre-quests from earlier guides and some of the quest lines are just too long to complete in the same guide 

eg step 13 is Rumors for Kravel this starts from Booty Bay > Complete in Swamp of Sorrow > Booty Bay > Thousand Needles. 

It’s best to follow the guide so you don’t miss on any quests.
