Quest item locations

Had multiple questlines which had same issue – last one was “Alien Egg” Guide says: 3 possible places, only marks 1. Found egg in completely different area. Similar situations with npcs which are roaming around, would it be possible to mark multiple positions for quest items and roaming npcs, atleast showing which direction they walk

we normally do that already, the alien egg step did display 3 possible waypoints.
