Purchased Classic + TBC Guides Missing

Thanks to the updates today the addon works properly in-game now. However, I’ve purchased the Classic + TBC Guides, and in-game, as a level 30 Horde shaman, I only see the following guide options for Leveling:
Tirisfal Glades
Mulgore
Durotar
Eversong Woods
Ghostlands

Not sure why all of the other zones are not showing up.

I forgot to mention, I’m using the 1.5.0 Dugi Installer and have 2.06 version of the Guide installed.

Dugi, please re-read what I posted above.

I’m on my level 30 shaman, and the only guides that show up in-game, despite having purchased the Classic + TBC pack, are the low level guides I listed above.

None of the “old” vanilla guides from 13-60 show up in-game.
