Profs while lvling?

Hey there. So ive been using Dugi in the past and really loved it. However, I cant remember if proffesions is a part of the leveling routes? Or if there are any class specific changes, say if u make a human warrior compared to a human mage (different proffesions, stock up on food on war, but not on mage etc.)

we don’t include profession as part of leveling.
