      I am just curious on why we have so many zones in the game but I only get the options to level in 3? please see attached image.

        Forgot to mention I do have the paid subscription plan.

          I had this same issue.  Download the retail zip file and move all the files into the addons/dugi folder (overwriting the existing files).  For some reason the dugi installer is not recognizing the retail install path.
