    There use to be a setting in Frames where you could unlock the frame an move it to where you wanted to is this a bug?
    It is in the way right now an I would like to move it is there anyway to get it to move?

    Yes, update to 9.0004 for retail and it’s set like this by default for the time being.
    You didn’t specify which client so I automatically assumed retail.
