Need to cancel monthly subscription

Hi can you point me at how to cancel a monthly sub? I am not playing much anymore so I have cancelled my WoW sub too.

There should be a cancel link for the monthly, the annual doesn’t auto renew which means it doesn’t need to be canceled so no cancel link.

Hi, I have just been charged yet again for a monthly subscription. My page when logged on does not show any cancel link as above and to all accounts does look cancelled but it is still charging, that’s 2 months now, I haven’t even logged into WoW since february plus my WoW account is now cancelled also.

Can you sort this out so that I can stop paying for what I am not using?
