According to DG I need a minimum level of 23 to accept the quests leading into Kraul. No problem doing so in Ratchet, but Apothecary Faranell cannot even be clicked upon?!
For Gnomeregan the guide title says 24-29, but the actual guide says you need to be 25 to pick up the quests?
