    Is in the Dugi Guide a grind step included which say you must level up before take the next Quest?

    This is a bit unrealistic i think as it would need to include a step before every quest to check level.  If you are following the guide (for the most part) you should be at the level needed to accept the quests(s).  The only exception to this would be the starting zones and/or the start of each guide.
