Installer not recognizing my account

I type in account name and password and it says in a trial user,except I have all the guides on this account. The downloader says in a trial user even after putting in my right account info

make sure you are using the latest version of the installer available here

and make sure you type your username and password exactly correct, make sure no blank spaces

I was still having this problem and I had made sure several times that I was putting in the correct details. I had no problem logging in to the website.

I ended up deleting all of dugi stuff and re installing it manually. It seems to be working now.

a very common issue is that people are putting in their email address instead of their username for the installer.

Make sure you enter your username correctly.
