Incorrect NPC names for Outland content

I’m seeing incorrect NPC names for every quest so far, granted I’m only about 20 minutes into TBC. As an example, the quest “Force Commander Danath” is turned into the NPC Force Commander Danath Trollbane, however the guide shows it should be turned in at “Ghostly Philanthropist.” This interferes with the target button, although the model viewer shows the correct model (with incorrect name.) Is anyone else experiencing this?
