    It has only been about 14 hours, but I still am not getting the last thing I purchased.  Tried the discord/skype/ticket but no response.

    I replied to your skype but didn’t get any response, it should be instant, you will need to reinstall after a purchase. Make sure you are a logged in with the installer and reinstall
