guide’s no longer in list

I’m sorry if this is posted somewhere else, if so please link to discussion.
I sign in and enter and then find my dugi guides, guides are not there – there is nothing to load. I have restared, removed, reinstalled, made sure paths were correct and keep getting nothing – I get the welcome to dugi guides screen asking if I want to do the tutorial – anyways, just don’t know what to get all my guides back.

Is the Dugi guide menu also transparent for you?
