As a temporary measure, if you open up the above file in a text editor and go to the indicated line, near the end there is ” and and ” — remove one of those; likely just a cut-and-paste error that put in an “and” too many.

I also just got this error after updating to 1.37. I will try this manual fix.

Are there any change notes for 1.37 or was it just to update the TOC?

The one fix I know of (which inadvertently introduced the above problem) was to no longer suggest dual-wielding for hunters that do not (yet) have the dual-wield skill.

This seems to have fixed my gear advisor issue that I was having on my hunter.
